This Privacy Policy applies to Finthrift, a mobile application for personal expense tracking, budget management and financial planning (hereinafter referred to as “the App”). By downloading, installing and using Finthrift, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and fully agree to abide by all clauses within this Privacy Policy. This document describes how we collect, use, store and protect your data, your legal privacy rights, and our security protection measures, complying with Google Play policies, GDPR, CCPA and relevant global privacy regulations.
All manually input data including income records, expense logs, budget settings, spending categories, custom tags, transaction remarks and asset data are stored locally within the encrypted database on your mobile device by default. We will never actively read, collect, upload or synchronize such financial data to our servers unless you manually enable cloud synchronization service and complete authorized account login voluntarily.
If you register an account to enable cross-device cloud synchronization, we will collect the following information you provide actively:
We never collect bank card numbers, bank account details, online banking passwords, payment verification codes or any sensitive banking credentials. The App cannot automatically connect or fetch data from your bank accounts; all transaction information must be entered manually by users.
Only when you explicitly agree, we may collect anonymized statistical data to optimize App stability:
Such data cannot identify a single specific user and will not be associated with your personal financial records.
Finthrift will not share your personal identifiable data with third parties without your explicit written approval. No third-party tracking SDK, advertising SDK or data collection plug-ins are embedded in the App by default. We will only hand over user data when required by mandatory legal court orders or government regulatory requirements.
This App is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not intentionally collect personal information from users under 13 years old. If you are a guardian and discover that minors have submitted personal data improperly, please contact us to delete relevant information.
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy irregularly. Once revised, the latest version will be published on this page with updated effective time. Your continuous use of Finthrift after the update takes effect means you accept the revised privacy terms.
You have the right to view, export, modify and delete your account data and financial records at any time within the App. You may also cancel your account permanently and request full deletion of cloud backup data by contacting our support email.
